Order cancellation is acceptable. And the cancellation reasons will be investigated

How to join in Captain?

  1. Download SCAPTAIN and register online with your QID, Qatari Driving License and Vehicle Registration details
  2. You can visit Captain office: Building no.19, First floor, Office no. 2, Street no.900 and Zone no. 55 by having your QID, Qatari Driving License and Vehicle Registration details
  3. Within 24hrs after submitting your details, you will receive a call or notificaton from our Driver car team to finalize the registration

Help and Support

  1. Captain has an option as customer can raise their complaint in the app itself by raising in the Menu – Help & Support.
  2. The ticket gets raised and it will be answered in 30 to 60 mins interval. For the ongoing orders also customer can raise their complain in Have an Issue? Chat with Us tab and the same will be answered in 30 to 60 mins. They can email us on [email protected] to get the complaint get resolved.
