What if someone else needs to book for me through CAPTAIN?

Yes, any one can avail taxi services through CAPTAIN. The service follows the mobile number while registering through App, not any one individual or vehicle

Help and support

  1. Captain has an option as customer can raise their complaint in the app itself by raising in the Menu – Help & Support.
  2. The ticket gets raised and it will be answered in 30 to 60 mins interval. For the ongoing orders also customer can raise their complain in Have an Issue? Chat with Us tab and the same will be answered in 30 to 60 mins. They can email us on [email protected] to get the complaint get resolved.
